1. MARTIAL ARTS
Qi Gong | Jow Ga Kung Fu | Tai Chi | Taoist Practices | Teacher

Thailand: Immersed in the tapestry of Eastern wisdom and martial arts wisdom, I delved into the profound teachings of the universal Tao under the tutelage of
Mantak Chia. Guided by the expert hand and heart of Gillian Reid, I honed my Qi Gong practice to unlock the latent energies within and learned how to ground and protect my energy.

Brooklyn: With Duke Amayo as my poweful Kung Fu Sifu (teacher), I embarked on a journey through the intricate kata of Jow Ga Kung Fu, known as, The Flower Form. I have practiced and taught this form for 2 decades. You may know AMAYO from his old band Antibalas.

From the parks of Manhattan to the tranquil shores of Miami and the mountains of the Sedona Desert, I have immersed myself in the ancient gentle martial arts practices that harmonize mind, body, and spirit. I was blessed to have attracted all the teachers that I did in my 20’s and 30’s, and feel honored to share these practices to those who attract me into their lives now.

2. DETOX PRACTITIONER & HEALER
Lymphatic Practitioner | Energy Work |
Abdominal Massage | Juice Cleansing Coach

I have owned and operated my own Traveling Detox Spa Retreat Experience since 2020. Before that I was deep in practice and study of all things biohacking for 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work with over 1000 clients now over the span of 5 years.

I have also officed from bio hacking spas, ozone clinics and organ detox retreat centers. I took the L.E.T Lymphatic Lymphstar Training Program to be able to offer L.E.T. therapy to my clients because deep lymphatic detox was one of the biggest game-changers in my healing journey.

I took several Trauma-Informed Colon / Gut training programs in Sedona and also studied the colon / gut in Thailand at a detox center called Atmanjai that revolves around the work of the original bio hacker Dr. Bernard Jensen. Dr. Jensen is often referred to as “The father of holistic health.”

I studied coursework from Dr. Klinghardt's (one of the top autoimmune doctors in the world) detox academy called The Sophia Institute.

I studied under Dr. Sharon Krahn's Naturopathic Guidance and learned all about detox through the lensing of her advanced contact regulation thermometry machine.

I started a health advocacy program for those unable to have the cognition needed in a doctors office. I would bring my clients to Dr. Sharon and help them ask the right questions and then help them unpack the results and then put them into action.

When I was mainly bedridden for about 3 years due to a highly environmentally sensitive body and backed up lymphatic system, I listened to hundreds of podcasts and books about human potential, healing, detox, compassion, and willpower (Joe Dispenza, Richard Rudd, Zach Bush, Deja Blu, Tim Ferris, Duncan Trussell, Wim Hof, and Emily Fletcher to name a few).

I now also lead people through juice cleansing. I have put myself through a 60-day juice cleanse, several 10-day juice cleanses, several 3-day reset juice cleanses, and do one-day weekly fasting. I enjoy leading clients through any amount of time that they are choosing to do a juice reset in retreat style setting or simply coaching call or zoom session.

3. MUSIC ARTISTRY & SOUND BATHS
Holographic Sound Healer

As a Singer Songwriter in Brooklyn and a "New Neural Pathway Lullaby Producer" in Austin TX, I channeled the depths of my soul into melodic expressions of truth and beauty, weaving together the threads of sound and silence to create tapestries of healing, inspiration and awe. I have taken
Paul Hubert’s infamous Holographic Sound Healing Course twice in Austin. He’s an incredible guide into the unknown of the voice. Now I am based in LA and love sharing sound baths & lullabies world wide. Contact me to learn more.

4. ASANA / 8 LIMBS OF YOGA
Yoga Teacher & Yoga Teacher’s Teacher

I practiced Ashtanga Yoga and studied Sanskrit all through my 20’s in Manhattan, NYC. After about 10 years of that I was ready to begin teacher trainings. As a graduate of the RYT 200-hour training programs at both 7 Centers in Sedona AZ and Sedona Hot Yoga, under the esteemed guidance of Rama Joyti Vernon, Sraddhasagar, Mira Murphy and Will Duncan. To this day these three women and man are the most incredible inspiring, deep, wise, pure, loving souls I have ever met. I feel truly blessed to have gotten to study with legends. With their guidance I was able to dive deep into the ancient practices of the 8 limb path of yoga, where we unlock the secrets of The Yamas and Niyamas, Asana, The Subtle Body System, Ayurveda, Herbalism, Gardening, Sanskrit, Breath Work and Meditation. I have co-taught Sedona Hot Yoga’s Teacher Training School twice as one of the lead teachers. I am most known and loved for my Yin + Sound Bath Class. I now have a daily deepening practice that I created called, The Diamond Practice. I teach this class one on one and in small group containers. It is a mix of all things I have learned through the lensing of yoga and gentle martial arts.

5. GOURMET HEALING CHEF WORK & DETOX COOKING
Longevity Chef

I graduated from a Master Chef Program at Living Light Culinary Institute (Fort Bragg, CA) where I learned how to make healthy foods taste incredible. I hired an Integrative Nutrition Coach in New York City to walk me through "the healthy food lifestyles and fads" so I could find what worked for my body. I took Ayurvedic Cooking Classes at 7 Centers (Sedona, AZ) to learn how to balance my mind and nervous system with food choices. I was an apprentice chef at "Pure Food & Wine '' (New York City) because it was one of the top health food restaurants in the world and I HAD to find out how they were making vegetables taste so good! I was also an apprentice Sous Chef for "Organic Avenue '' (New York City) because no one could flavor balance elixirs like them! I was the Master Chef for one of Aubrey Marcus's ONNIT Detox Retreats in Sedona. I became a consultant for a handful of Juice Bars and Wellness Retreat centers in Arizona, New Mexico and New York to help bring them to the next level of taste, organization, and wellness integrity. I was a Gourmet Vegan Chef for the cafe at Stewart Mineral Springs Cafe (Mt. Shasta), Maui Kombucha Cafe (Maui), the Smooch Cafe (Brooklyn), and The Eden Hot Springs pop up cafe (Eden AZ). I also have experience as a Private Detox Chef for people with Lyme, Parkinsons, and other health challenges that leave a person mainly bedridden. I have done group cooking for retreats and farms serving up to 50 people per meal. I was an Ayurvedic Chef for Four Yoga Teacher Trainings in Sedona at Sedona Hot Yoga & Seven Centers. I also do
Longevity Private Chef work for clients based on request.

6. DEEPENING INTO THE PSYCHE
:
Meditation & Gene Key Guide

My first two experiences “staring at the back of my eyelids for an extended period” were at The Vipassana Meditation Retreats in Shelburne, MA. I loved the fruits that came from the aftermath of burning Karma in this way! with 200 hours of meditation under my belt, I began to attract better friends and teachers and thus began my relationship with the art of focus.

Guided by the weightless embrace of float tanks at The Zero Gravity Institute in Austin, Texas, I surrendered to the infinite expanse of inner space, exploring the depths of consciousness in 1500 lbs of Epsom Salt. I was grateful to have had Vippasana under my belt before floating in float tanks for 56 hours over the course of a few years.

Followed by this I felt inspired by my meditation teacher (Will Duncan) whom I lovingly call, ’The Seinfeld of Buddhism” to do a 3 year meditation (1,000 hour) challenge. I didn’t miss a day for 3 years. The gifts that came about in those 3 years made it obvious (through life-contrast) how important it is to devote to a stillness practice daily.

My best friend along side mind training has been Richard Rudd’s Consciousness Path, called The Gene Keys. I have been studying/contemplating the Gene Keys, Human Design, Astrology, and I-Ching for a little over a decade now and offer sessions to support people in their Gene Key Voyage through a unique Socratic approach.

7. BREATHWORK:
Yoga - Pranayama Guide

Through the experience of the Wim Hof Method Immersion in Dallas, TX, I embraced the transformative power of cold exposure, breathwork, and meditation, tapping into the innate resilience and vitality of the human spirit.

As a Shamanic Breathwork Practitioner in Sedona, AZ, I facilitated journeys of self-discovery and transformation, guiding seekers through the labyrinth of consciousness to uncover hidden truths and unlock the gates of possibility.
I still offer these offerings by group or 1:1

8. DANCE
Somatic Healing Practitioner & DJ

Venturing into the realm of somatic healing, I explored the expressive depths of
Butoh Dance & Dance with Kiah Keya, weaving together movement and introspection in the metropolises of Manhattan & Brooklyn. For over two decades, I've traversed the landscapes of somatic dance healing spaces such as Ecstatic Dance & Five Rhythms both as a dancer and a DJ. My first DJ residency was in Brooklyn. For about 5 years I got to rock the ones and twos with vinyl! I believe I came out of the womb ready to dance, it is where I feel most at home.

9. LEVITY
:
I tend to choose teachers that have a great deal of levity, because “the funny ones” are those that seem to be “onto the cosmic joke.” It is my goal to never become the spiritual teacher that is way too serious and never laughs.

Upon arriving to New York at 22 years old (with my last $300) I bought Improv Classes (lived off rice and beans till I found work.) I was studying Comedy Improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and The People's Improv Theater in Manhattan, for a couple years. The art of spontaneity and creativity, and levity became my main focus. Studying Comedy Improv felt just as spiritual as 100 hours of Meditation. True comedy is the practice of honesty. The truth is hilarious…and creates a field of depth and joy. To this day I surround myself with comedians and goofballs as much as possible.

SIDE NOTE

Pssssssst!
Little side note for those that had to journey through the dark-style childhood experience:

The journey to center may take longer for those that grew up without unconditional love and protection from healthy secure parents…
but it’s worth it!

There were many times I wanted to give up, but spirit always sent me angels to show me a new way. Remember, It’s always darkest just before the dawn.

Find the Eleven Core Wounds, learn how to extract the gifts and dress the wounds, and then create something in the world that will support others that have suffered in the way that you have.
Those are
the ears that can hear you,
…and are waiting for you
to show up!

”The real violence we do in the world,
is the violence we do to ourselves
when we are too afraid to
be who we truly are.”
